Onboarding

A first day that is already organised, and a paper trail to prove it

Ask for documents, issue letters, collect policy acceptances and hand over assets without chasing people on email.

In short

AdviHR gives each joiner an onboarding checklist, requests documents such as ID proofs and tracks approval, issues letters on the company letterhead, records acceptance of policies by version, and allocates company assets.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own policies?

Yes. Upload your own documents, or adopt the default policies and edit them. Editing a published policy creates a new version everyone must accept.

Are letter acceptances legally binding signatures?

They are acceptance records with a typed name, time and IP address, not certified digital signatures.
